The pig nose emoji uses the snout from the pig face emoji, but shown independent of any piggy! It is a large pink oval, sometimes pinched towards the top, with two prominent oval nostrils. It has a number of meanings and uses and can often be used interchangeably with the pig or pig face emojis. It can also be used as a more humorous or cartoony alternative to the nose emoji to mean “I smell something” or “I will sniff this out”. Though cute on a pig, a pig’s nose is not considered attractive on a person, and so the emoji is sometimes employed as an insult to someone’s looks.
